2- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 17 years or over except employees of Sakura Racing Ltd and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
3- By entering this competition, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4-To enter, every £15.00 spent on goods via https://sakuraracing.co.uk/, the entrant receives an entry into the competition.

6- Up to ten entries will be accepted per person.
7- Closing date for entry will be Saturday 1st June at 9:00am. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8- The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
For every £15.00 spent on goods via https://sakuraracing.co.uk/, gives you one entry into the competition, up to 10 entries per person.
The winner will have their car featured on the next Sakura Racing Ltd hoodie/t-shirt design which is to be sold at https://sakuraracing.co.uk and/but not including, trade stalls at events. The winner will also receive a t-shirt with the final design in any size of their choice. Colour of t-shirt may be limited. The t-shirt will be hand-delivered to the winner at an agreed event prior to agreed date or delivered to an address of their choice via Royal Mail Tracked 48 at the expense of Sakura Racing Ltd.
9- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
10- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
11- The prize is as follows:

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12- Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
13- The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Facebook/Instagram/TikTok and/or email within 28 days of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by Sakura Racing Ltd if the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
14- The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/delivered.
15- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
17- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
18 – The winner agrees that Sakura Racing Ltd to the use of his/her vehicle visual in the design of any Sakura Racing Ltd goods.
19- The winner is to supply a high-resolution photo of his/her vehicle for the competition. If the winner cannot provide this within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
20- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image of vehicle in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
21- The winner’s name will be available 28 days after the closing date by emailing the following address: help@sakuraracing.co.uk.
22- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
23- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Sakura Racing Ltd and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at https://sakuraracing.co.uk/privacy-policy/.
24- Sakura Racing Ltd‘s decision as to those able to take part and the selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
25- Sakura Racing Ltd shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
26- Sakura Racing Ltd also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
27- The winner does not have the rights to the design and/or use of the design at third party companies. Sakura Racing Ltd solely own the rights to the design.
